TDK Lambda has been our supplier since the foundation of CL-Electronics. This manufacturer has a large portfolio and offers very good quality. The power is 11kW with just 1U height and converts a rated input voltage of 240-400Vdc (DC high voltage mains) into 150-300Vdc.

Output voltage for charging lithium-ion batteries. If the input voltage fails or drops, the converter seamlessly switches over and now draws current from the batteries to stabilize the DC grid with the energy stored there. Typical applications for the EZA11kW are storage systems for short-term load peaks, emergency backup supplies and for energy recovery during braking operations.

Up to five converters can be operated in parallel to provide power up to more than 50kW.

The use of fully digital control, SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFETs and innovative ferrite materials enables the converter to achieve up to 95% efficiency.
