Low Loss Materials with Controlled Dielectric Constant

Series of controlled, dielectric and constant materials with permittivity from 3 to 30ε.

These materials can be used up to 204°C, with intermittent temperatures up to 260°C.

Dielectric loss is low and dielectric constant accuracy is ±3% for K<16 and ±10% for K>16.

The material has low water absorption and gas emission for space applications.

Typical applications include reducing the overall size of a hollow conductor by increasing the dielectric constant, cavity tuning probes, patch antennas, and dielectric support parts.
